Our GiftaPortrait.co.uk website uses 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption for data transfer hence it is 100% safe and secure. We use PayPal for payment process, which is respected worldwide for its top security and anti-fraud systems. None of your credit card details are recorded/stored in our website. The only place you enter this information is on the PayPal website.

How soon I receive my painting from picture?

Does Giftaportrait.co.uk will accept credit card payments for painting orders?

Yes, credit card payments are accepted. You’ll be able to order your painting from photo using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Moneybookers. Giftaportrait.co.uk will also accept eCheck.

Do I need to pay full amount while placing an order?

NO. GiftaPortrait.co.uk will collect 20% deposit amount of total order price! Balance 80% has to be paid before shipment of painting. Shipment will be done after Customer reviewed the painting proof and accept the same.

How much cost is needed to get quality painting from a photo?

We offer very competitive prices for your painting orders and also it will be 'Cheap in price and Best in quality'. For a complete price table please click here.

How can I receive the painting which had drawn/painted from a photo?

We will send your painting in DHL or Fedex Express or ParcelForce. We will give you tracking number to track your portrait painting order status in Fedex Express/DHL/ParcelForce websites. If customers wish to receive their painting via DHL/Fedex then they should request for the same and need to pay the local VAT taxes (normally GBP 7.50 apprx) as levied by DHL/Fedex.

What are the shipping rates?

We charge 15 GBP for all size paintings.

Who will paint my photo? Is it computer generated?

No. Your photo will be painted by our top professional portrait artists and all work is 100% handmade.

Do you frame my painting?

Yes, we do framing. Our framing options are gallery wrap and wooden frame. If you do not order frames then roll it in tube and send you in safe condition.

Can I send any format of picture to paint?

You may send your photo in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff formats. We will suggest sending the highest resolution and quality photo available.
